It’s been a great year so far for Suol, but they are not ready to take the foot off the gas just yet!
Moving towards summer, the label welcomes German techno all star Axel Bartsch to the squad with “Daight”, a great “Day and Night” tune with a remix package that features Boston’s finest Soul Clap, and Leipzig’s home grown Sven Tasnadi & Juno6.
“Daight” inexorably unites the rising star among techno labels with the veteran Bartsch on one of his most melodic & emotive productions to date for a match made in deep house Heaven. And right from the beginning the direction is clear… this is gonna be a Dreamer! A deep arp starts the journey and hypnotizes the shit out of you, while slowly taking you to a summery wonderland. “Daight” is a warm upward climb, and just when you think you’ve reached the top, Axel drops back down into pure deepness. A hauntingly beautiful track that beckons and teases all the way through.
On the flip side B1 Sven Tasnadi & Juno6 give us their interpretation of “Daight”. The guys previously released on such labels as Liebe*Detail, Pokerflat and Cargo Edition before catching the attention of Suol. Their Remix is deep, groovy and plays the main theme up and down and up and down. If you love the vibe of the original but need a little more kick for the dancefloor – this is what you are looking for.
On B2 Wolf + Lamb’s Soul Clap give us a taste of that Boston-Funk. Incredibly groovy, balancing on the border between house and hip hop, the guys will rock many Warm-ups and Outdoors with this one. This Remix will surely find its way into the cases of DJs that have the heart to drop a slow one and stay for good.
